JoeKnows Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with JoeKnows! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we partner with international suppliers, our return and refund process follows the guidelines used by those suppliers. Please read the policy below.

 


 

Return Window

You may request a return or refund from the date you made your purchase up to 15 days after your order was placed.

Due to international shipping and supplier limitations, not all items need to be physically returned. Our team will review your claim and determine the best solution.

 


 

Photo/Video Evidence Required

To process any return or refund request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defective, damaged, not as described)

Suppliers require this proof to approve refunds. Claims submitted without evidence may be declined.

 


 

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item is incorrect (wrong style, size, color, or product)

  • The item is significantly different from its description

  • The order does not arrive within the maximum delivery timeframe (based on tracking)

If approved, you may receive:

  • A full refund,

  • A partial refund and keep the item, or

  • A replacement, depending on the situation and supplier availability.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Because our suppliers operate internationally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without photo/video proof of an issue

  • Items delivered correctly and functioning properly

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Perishable or personal-use products (if applicable to your store)

 


 

Do Items Need to Be Sent Back?

Most suppliers do NOT accept returns due to long international shipping times and costs.
In most cases, you will not need to ship the product back unless the supplier specifically requires it.

If a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the supplier states otherwise.

 


 

Refund Processing Time

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation because suppliers often ship orders quickly.

 


 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check your mailbox and the surrounding area

  3. Contact your local post office

  4. Email us at support@joeknows.store so we can verify with the logistics provider

While we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
