Thank you for shopping with JoeKnows! We work with trusted international suppliers to bring you high-quality products at competitive prices. Because many of our items ship worldwide, delivery times and carriers may vary. Please read the shipping guidelines below.

 


 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

 


 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Our suppliers use international carriers.
Delivery times depend on the supplier’s warehouse location, the shipping method, and the destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • Canada, UK & Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note:
Some items may arrive sooner if shipped from a warehouse closer to your region. Economy shipping may take longer, depending on customs and local postal services.

 


 

Tracking Information

Most orders include a tracking number.
Please allow 3–7 days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear — this is normal for international shipping.

Tracking may initially show limited progress until the package passes the first logistics checkpoint.

 


 

Multiple Packages

Orders may ship in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.
This helps reduce waiting times and ensures faster delivery of in-stock items.

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also delay delivery — this is normal for international mail.

 


 

Shipping Delays

While we do not control these delays, we will assist you in tracking and locating your order whenever possible.

 


 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check your mailbox and the surrounding area

  3. Contact your local post office

  4. Email us at support@joeknows.store so we can verify with the logistics provider

While we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
