We do not manufacture, warehouse, or physically inspect products before they are shipped.
Shipping times, packaging, and tracking updates may vary based on the supplier.

By placing an order with JoeKnows, you acknowledge and agree that:

Products may ship directly from overseas warehouses.
Delivery times may be affected by customs, international transit, or supplier processing times.
Product descriptions and images are often provided by suppliers and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Order processing typically takes 1–5 business days.
Shipping times may range from 7–25 business days, depending on your location and the supplier.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

4. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

JoeKnows reserves the right to:

Adjust prices at any time
Modify or discontinue products
Limit order quantities

If a supplier cannot fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

JoeKnows is not responsible for minor discrepancies between product descriptions and the delivered product.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because we partner with third-party suppliers:

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Photo or video evidence may be required.
Returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, changed mind, etc.) are not accepted unless stated otherwise.
